Use the Wait for MES Event activity to have the workflow wait for an MES event to occur. You can set the event and the wait time period in the Activity Properties pane. You can also specify the event contextual details and hook XML details in XML variables.

To configure this activity, note that the MES wait event must first be created using the Workflow Event Creator utility. This utility is provided as part of the MES Connector installation. For more information about creating MES events, see the utility's help.
