Bind the add job form to the add job workflow

You can associate Job.Add form with a specific workflow, enabling data entered in the form to be processed by the workflow logic. This step ensures that user input is correctly captured and integrated into MES-driven business processes.

Bind the form to a workflow

1. On the Forms page, select the Job.Add form to highlight it (do not select its check box).

2. On the action bar, select Associate.

   The Bind window appears.

3. For the Select Task option, select Bind to an existing workflow.

   Two list boxes appear to the right of the option.

4. In the first list, select the workflow name (that is, for the Add a Job procedure, Job.Add). In the second list, select Latest.

   

5. Click Save and then select Close to close the window.
