Configure Operating System groups and access levels using user interface

You can assign InTouch access levels to the Windows groups under Configure groups section under Security.
Add a security group

Open a window in WindowMaker.

On the File menu, go to Configure > Security and select OS.

In the Configure groups section select the Add button (plus icon).

The Select groups dialog box opens.

From the Select from list drop-down, either select local group or any required domain group.

Under Available OS groups select the required OS group and click the plus icon. Alternatively you can double-click the required OS group.

The groups that you have selected are displayed under Selected groups section.

Click OK.
The groups are added to the table under the Configure groups section.
Click Save to save the changes.
To delete a security group

In the WindowMaker, under File > Configure > Security > OS > Configure groups select the required security group that you want to delete and click the minus icon.

In the confirmation dialog, select Yes.
The selected security group is deleted.

Click Save to save the changes.
To configure access levels in OS security

In the WindowMaker, go to File > Configure > Security > OS > Configure groups, under Access level column, enter the access level for the respective security group.

Click Save.
