Secure your views

You can control access to any views for which you have owner permissions. See the View Access Permissions section for more information.

1. Click the menu icon and click My Views.

2. On the My Views page, select a view from the list.

   The details for the view appear below the list in the Details pane.

3. Click the Security tab.

   

   Note: Data Access identities are the AF identities that are used to access source data when the application impersonation security setting is on, and are only shown when the setting is on.

4. You can perform the following actions on the selected view under View Access.

   • Change the permissions on a view

   • Add a new identity and grant permission to the view

   • Remove access to a view
