View scheduling for asset views

When asset views are published on a schedule, PI Integrator for Business Analytics uses the following parameters to determine the discrete time ranges in which it retrieves data:

• Start Time

• End Time

• Run Frequency

• Sample Frequency

• First Run

PI Integrator for Business Analytics publishes data from the time range specified by the Start Time and End Time parameters for only the first run. For subsequent runs, PI Integrator for Business Analytics evaluates the data retrieval window with the following formula:

• Start Time = Last published End Time + Sample Frequency

• End Time = Configured End Time, evaluated at run time
