Create a streaming view

Note: This feature is available in PI Integrator for Business Analytics Advanced Edition.

The following is an overview of the main steps to create a streaming view. Click on the links to get to the specific procedure.

1. Define the shape of the streaming view.

2. Choose the schema to use with your view with one of the following:

   • Use a schema imported from a file

   • Use a schema imported from a schema registry

   • Use a generated schema

3. Configure when messages are sent.

4. (Optional) Backfill data.

5. (Optional) Filter the data.
