Append timestamp in ADLS Gen 2

With the timestamp, every publishing event is a discrete operation. The data is not appended to the files, and a new file is automatically created and published with a different timestamp. This is in contrast to the GUID, where the publishing is not treated as a discrete operation, and only creates a new file under the same publishing event once you cross the max rows/ objects threshold.
In the ADLS Gen 2 configuration page, if the Append Timestamp box is not selected, your published target will have a file name, underscore, and then a random GUID. The timestamp is configurable and the default number of rows/ objects in a file is 100,000.
