Run AVEVA Historian Plant SCADA Connector

When you start Connector for the first time, you will see connection status for AVEVA Plant SCADA and either AVEVA Historian or AVEVA Insight.

Note: The Start button is enabled when Connector settings are configured.

Connector status

When Connector attempts to connect to AVEVA Plant SCADA and the destination, the status updates for each component.

Disconnection status update

When all connections are successful, each component is listed as "Online".

To start the service

  • Click Start.

    Connector status

    Once started, the Stop and Restart buttons are enabled.

To stop the service at any time

  • Click Stop.

To restart the service

  • Click Restart.
