Deleting a PLC_Test Hierarchy

Deleting a PLC_Test hierarchy removes the node and all defined data simulation configuration. Deleting a simulation hierarchy is not reversible. If you delete a test hierarchy in error, you must re-enter the device information.

New requests for data that use the deleted hierarchy name are rejected. Data for existing queries is set to bad quality.

To delete a PLC_Test hierarchy

1. In the OI Server Manager, navigate to the device.

   1. Expand the OI Server Manager, expand the node group, and then expand Local or the remote computer name.

   2. Expand the OI Server, expand Configuration, then expand the PLC_Test hierarchy.

2. Right-click the device, then click Delete.

3. An informational warning appears. Click Yes to close it.
