Session Toolbar Menu Items

The AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access streamed desktop opens a Toolbar menu:

My Files

Use My Files to manage temporary files, home folder and OneDrive storage.

Clipboard

Use Clipboard to copy and paste text between your local computer and your streamed desktop.

Preferences

Use Preferences to specify General, Display, Regional, Audio/Video Session settings and view performance-related metrics.
For Regional settings, the Windows Regional settings default to English (United States).
You can change these settings, and they will persist between sessions.

Full Screen

Use Full Screen option to expand the streamed desktop to full screen view. To return to window view, use ESC key

Note: In AVEVA™ Unified Engineering, the ESC key is frequently used to deselect design elements, clear dialog boxes, exit the power wheel and navigate up a level within the application. As ESC now defaults to exiting full screen mode, this may disrupt these workflows.
A workaround is to use the browser full screen function instead of the Workspaces Applications full screen option. Usually found in various browsers under the zoom dropdown menu.

Dual Monitor

Use Dual Monitor to enable Dual monitor functionality. When clicked, a second window is displayed that can be dragged to a second monitor or repositioned on your primary monitor.
Workspaces Applications Web Browser streaming supports dual monitors, with a maximum resolution of 2560×1440 pixels per monitor.

Profile

Use Profile to view profile details and to end the current Session.
