UnSubscribing a Spectrum project from an AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access tenant environment
Spectrum projects are unsubscribed (Removed) from AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access tenant environments via the Spectrum Projects Dashboard in CONNECT.

Refer to Spectrum documentation for further information.
Notes regarding unsubscribing (Removing) Spectrum projects from AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access services:
-
The Spectrum project caches (including cloudstore) are removed from the AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access service storage.
-
The Working Project Files file system folders under P:\ProjectFiles\ for the Spectrum project are retained, permissions are changed so that only users with the "Admin" AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access CONNECT role have (write) access. This is to allow admins to copy important files and clean up folders where required. This is termed an "Orphaned" project. In a future release of AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access, administrators will be able to manage (rename/remove) Orphaned project File system folders from CONNECT. For the present, Orphaned projects file system folders will remain in-situ.
-
If the same project is subsequently re-subscribed, the related existing Working Project Files file system folders are used (with access permissions based on Spectrum project roles reinstated).
