A weekly window of up to four hours is required to carry out operations maintenance. During this period, users cannot access the service. This windows are agreed with the customer at the point of order and can be adjusted retrospectively.

A (typically) quarterly service upgrade window of at least six hours is required for environment upgrades as detailed in the release notes available on the AVEVA Documentation https://docs.aveva.com/. This window is agreed and scheduled in advance with the customer and performed outside of the customers' stated key business hours.
