OneDrive for Business file synchronization functionality

Note: Access to OneDrive for Business within Workspaces Applications (formerly Appstream 2.0) is subject to it being enabled by your Administrator.

In your Workspaces Applications (formerly Appstream 2.0) session, click on the My Files item in the session menu.

Select the Add Storage option.

In the Add Storage section, locate the OneDrive option.

Click Sign in with OneDrive.

Log in using your corporate/organizational email and password.

When prompted, grant the necessary permissions and Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) if required.

Once signed in, your OneDrive will be accessible through the My Files interface.

It will also appear in the File Explorer, allowing you to upload, download, and save documents directly.
