Subscribing a Spectrum project to an AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access tenant environment
Spectrum projects are subscribed (Added) to AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access tenant environments via the Unified Engineering – Browser Access sections Add Browser Access button on the Spectrum Projects Dashboard in CONNECT.

Refer to Spectrum documentation for further information.
Notes regarding subscribing (Adding) Spectrum projects to AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access services:
-
Spectrum cloudstore links and Working Project Files file system folder(s) for subscribed projects are automatically created with built-in access control based on Spectrum service roles as detailed in Managing File system folders in AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access.
-
Subscribing the first project to an AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access service triggers the deployment of infrastructure (Servers and storage for caches), which typically takes around 30 minutes. Subsequent project subscriptions to the same service do not require infrastructure deployment and therefore complete more quickly. The time to complete a subscription (status: Provisioning -> Ok) will depend on the size of the Spectrum project.
-
Spectrum Projects shared through a community can be subscribed to AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access services. For more information about sharing Spectrum Projects through Communities see Spectrum documentation.
