The AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access managed service comprises of a number of micro-services as outlined below:
Multi-Tenant Common Services
Shared multi-tenant micro-services residing centrally in the eu-west-1 (Ireland) region. These services provide a single-sign-on experience for users and enable integration with CONNECT services such as Spectrum, Interoperability, Credits and Licensing.
Tenant Infrastructure and Services (Tenant Environment)
When an AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access service is enabled in a customer’s CONNECT Account or CONNECT Folder, a logically isolated Tenant Environment is provisioned in one of the following (optional) public cloud regional datacenters:

Note: AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access is not available from any cloud regions based in China as these are autonomous facilities operated in isolation from cloud regions outside of China.
Users inside China can expect high network latency when connected to any web services outside of China. As such, AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access cannot formally support users inside China.
Each logically isolated Tenant Environment incorporates the following infrastructure and services:

Cloud Infrastructure (Virtual private cloud, user directory, and cloud compute services).

Desktop streaming services.

400 GiB shared storage (per associated Spectrum Service) for Spectrum Project caches.
Spectrum Project Caches will reside in the chosen AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access region.
Master Spectrum Project data will reside in the chosen AVEVA™ Unified Engineering - Spectrum region.
These regions may differ. -
250 GiB shared storage for Working Project files, Configuration files and Transfer files.

A File Transfer service for transferring Working Project files between the AVEVA™ Unified Engineering – Browser Access environment and on-premises file servers.
To ensure correct AVEVA Unified Engineering on CONNECT configuration for a customer, the initial setup and ongoing management of the project configuration can be coordinated through the AVEVA service delivery teams.
