The GetAll() method retrieves one or more certification/operation step link records from the Cert_Oper_Step_Link table, as specified by the filter parameters. Passing no filter parameters will retrieve all certification/operation step link records from the table.

Parameters

certName: Optional filter parameter. Holds the name of the certification.
processId: Optional filter parameter. Holds the ID of the process.
operId: Optional filter parameter. Holds the ID of the operation.
stepNo: Optional filter parameter. Holds the step number.
certLevel: Optional filter parameter. Holds the certification level.
lastEditBy: Optional filter parameter. Holds the ID of the user who added or last updated a certification/operation step link record.
lastEditAt: Optional filter parameter. Holds the date and time when a certification/operation step link record was added or last updated.

Return Value

Returns a DataSet that contains records for all the certification/operation step links that satisfy the specified filters. The returned records include columns from the Cert_Oper_Step_Link and Cert_Type tables. If no matching certification/operation step links are found, an empty DataSet is returned.

The columns of the returned DataSet are described below.

ColumnName	Description
cert_name	A string that is the name of the certification linked to the operation step.
process_id	A string that is the ID of the process to which the operation belongs.
oper_id	A string that is the ID of the operation to which the step belongs.
step_no	An integer that is the step number linked to the certification.
cert_level	An integer that is the certification level required to access the operation.
max_level	An integer that is the maximum value that can be entered in the cert_level field, from the Cert_Type table.
cert_audit	An flag that indicates whether or not the certification is an audit certification, from the Cert_Type table.
last_edit_comment	A string that contains comments about why the record was added or updated.
last_edit_by	A string that is the ID of the user who added or last updated this record.
last_edit_at	A date/time that indicates when the record was added or last updated.
