Edit Document data structure

In the apm_data_sampleAsset.xml file, you can edit the sampleAsset.docSelection data structure to populate the application documents. The APM module will read from this structure and populate the Documents window.

Edit the document data structure

1. Open the apm_data_sampleAsset.xml file.

2. Locate the the sampleAsset.docSelection data structure.

3. Specify these values:

   • numberOfDoc – The number of documents the application will contain.

   • documentList – This list references the display names of the documents you see in the list. It can be linked to the Localization lang.xml file where you can define the document title for each language.

   • refPdfFile – Document filename references by inserting the name of each document corresponding to documentList item. You can also insert a web site URL if the PDF document is online and the application is connected.

   • filePath – This path is relative to the project root. By default, it is the data folder in the project root directory.
