Add egress data endpoints

Add egress data endpoints allows you to define the target destinations to which the adapter sends data. Use this section to configure one or more egress data endpoints for the current adapter instance.
To add an egress data endpoint:

On the Egress Data Endpoints page, select Add to display the Add Item window.

Enter the following required fields:

Id - This is the unique identification for the endpoint and can be any alphanumeric string, such as OPC-1.

Endpoint - This is the URL of the OMF endpoint that will receive the data. It must have a valid http or https URL.
Note: The MQTT adapter does not require an endpoint Id, only an endpoint.

Select Save to return to the Egress Data Endpoints page or select the Optional Settings tab. See Optional settings for additional information on defining egress settings.

On the Egress Data Endpoints page, select Finish to complete the Quick Start and return to your adapter specific configuration page. The utility displays the following confirmation message.
