The Health Endpoints page defines where the adapter sends health and diagnostic information. Health data helps you monitor adapter status, verify data flow, and troubleshoot connectivity or performance issues.
Health endpoints are configured separately from data endpoints, which are used to send collected source data to destination systems.

To configure a health endpoint:
-
On the Health Endpoints page, select Add to display the Add Item window.

-
Enter the following required fields:
-
Id - This is the unique identification for the endpoint and can be any alphanumeric string, such as OPC-1.
Note: After creating an Id, you can edit it for all adapters except Azure Event Hubs.
-
Endpoint - This is the URL of the OMF endpoint that will receive the data. It must have a valid http or https URL.
Note: The MQTT adapter does not require an health endpoint Id, only an endpoint.
-
-
Select Save to return to the Health Endpoints page.
Note: See Optional settings for additional information on defining the remaining health endpoint parameters.
