The custom digital certificate is used to create a secure environment for accessing and transporting data in an encrypted format.

Before using the Custom certificates for accessing the BI Gateway, make sure you:

  • Install the Custom Certificate and extract the ThumbPrint information of the Custom Certificate.

  • Disable the <UseSelfSignedCertificate> option and update the <CertificateThumbPrint> information.

  • Reconfigure the BI Gateway.
