AVEVA™ Integration Service

AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management

To add Data Source for AVEVA™ Enterprise Resource Management (ERM):

  1. Launch AVEVA Integration Service web administrator. For example, <https://integration service server host name>/.

  2. Click Add Data Source.

  3. In the Name text box, specify the name for the data source.

    Note: The data source name must be unique and must not contain special characters other than _ (underscore), - (hyphen), and space.

  4. From the Product drop-down list, select the product AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

  5. Provide the Server details.

  6. Select the authentication option from the Authentication drop-down list.

  7. Select the Windows Authentication option to connect to the ERM service as a Windows user.

  8. Select the Windows Custom option to connect to the ERM service as a specific ERM user, and type the username and password.

  9. Select the AVEVA Connect option to connect to ERM SaaS.

    1. As a CONNECT user you can authenticate yourself using an access token, select Access Token as Authentication Type and specify the key.

    2. As a CONNECT user you can authenticate yourself using service application, select Service Application as Authentication Type and provide the Client ID and Client Secret details.

      Note: For information on the Client ID and Client Secret, contact your CONNECT administrator.

  10. Provide the Environment ID in the environment ID box.

    Note: For more information on the Environment ID, contact your CONNECT administrator.

  11. Click Test Datasource.

    If all inputs provided are valid, a success message is displayed.

  12. Click OK.

  13. Click Save.

    The data source is saved, and a success message is displayed.
