The Integration Service Data API Client is designed to work with the modern, RESTful Data API offered by the AIS platform.
This client provides an intuitive interface to send and receive data via HTTPS, enabling users to test the functionality, security, and response of REST-based integrations.
View Log

Start Integration Service Data API Client.

Click Logs.
The Client logs are displayed.

Test Connectivity
To test the connectivity with AIS Data API.

Start Integration Service Data API Client.
-
Click Main.
-
On AIS DataAPI URL provide the URL of AIS Data API.

If you are using Hybrid Installation (Local + CONNECT Service), you must provide https://eu.ais.connect.aveva.com/data in URL and provide CONNECT token. Refer to Generate Access Token for more information.

Click Check Connection.

View Data
Integration Service Data API Client can also be used to view the data from the data source.
To view the data:

Start Integration Service Data API Client.

Click Main.
-
Test the connectivity. For more information, refer Test Connectivity.

After the connection has been made successfully, click Get Data Sources.

Select Sort by: the required product category list.

Select the required Data sources from the list.
-
Click Get Tables to view the list of available tables.

Select the required table from the list and click Get Table Data.
The data is displayed in the Data Viewer.

Click Get Acknowledgements to view the list of acknowledgements available for the selected data source.

Select the required Acknowledgement from the list.
The data is displayed in the Data Viewer.
Publish Data
Integration Service Data API Client can also be used to publish the data to AIS Data API.
To publish the data:

Start Integration Service Data API Client.

Click Publisher.

Test the connectivity. For more information, refer Test Connectivity.

After the connection has been made successfully, click Get Data Sources.

Select Sort by: the required product category list.

Select the required Data sources from the list.
-
Click Add Column and Add Row to create table.

Modify the Column Name.
-
Enter your data in the Data Table Cell.

Specify the Table Name.
-
Click Send Data.
The data is uploaded to AIS Data API.
The acknowledgement is received and displayed in result.

View Notifications
Integration Service Data API Client can also be used to view the notifications from the data source.
To view the Notifications:

Start Integration Service Data API Client.

Click Main.
-
Test the connectivity. For more information, refer Test Connectivity.

After the connection has been made successfully, click Get Data Sources.
-
Select Sort by: the required product category list.
-
Check the Data sources from the list to subscribe.

Click Consumer.
The notifications received are displayed.
