System Requirements

This section lists the hardware and software requirements for installing AVEVA™ Integration Service 3.2.

Hardware Requirements

The hardware requirements for installing the Service are as follows:

• Dual core processor

• 32 GB RAM

• 80 GB hard disk space

  Software Requirements

The software requirements for installing the Service are as follows:

• One of the following operating systems:

  • Windows 11

  • Windows Server 2019. See Use of Windows Server 2019 below.

  • Windows Server 2022.

• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 or later

• Microsoft .NET Windows Server Hosting (Windows Hosting Bundle) 6.0.29 or later

• Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 (32-bit)
  Verify the installation through Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features

• Microsoft Edge WebView2 Run time

• AVEVA Platform Core Services 8.1.3

• Internet Information Services (IIS) 10 or later

  Note: Starting version 2.3.2, the Service requires Internet Information Services (IIS) to operate because the APIs are now hosted on IIS.

  Further, the following features must be enabled in Internet Information Services:

  

Use of Windows Server 2019

To use AVEVA Integration Service 3.1.2 on Windows Server 2019 you must change the .Net version in the Web.config file otherwise the RestAPI will remain in a stop state:

• Update the file ...\AVEVA\Shared\IntegrationServiceRESTAPI\Web.config

• Change the target framework version to 4.7
