Installation of Dabacon Products

Prior to the installation of AVEVA Integration Service, it is recommended to install the require Dabacon Products such as AVEVA E3D Design, AVEVA Engineering, AVEVA Marine etc in the AVEVA Integration Service server and configure the evars.bat, customevars.bat respectively. Verify that Dabacon products are successfully launched using the configured projects in the AVEVA Integration Service server.

For successful configuration of Dabacon Datasources in AVEVA Integration Service, Dabacon products should be launched successfully for the configured projects.

AVEVA Dabacon products should be installed in the same server alongside of AVEVA Integration Service for data retrieval from Dabacon based products.

Data retrieval through AVEVA Integration Service RESTful API requires NTLM authentication. Thus, Dabacon Projects must be AD enabled/ configured if you would like to to use RESTful API.
