• AVEVA Integration Service Local Server: A service installed on a Windows Server. It offers full on-premises support with Config API, Data API, and REST API, enabling local integration and management of data sources. Customers who prefer not to move to the cloud can fully utilize these services.

• AVEVA Integration Service on CONNECT: A SaaS solution on the CONNECT platform. It requires integration with AIS Local Server for certain scenarios but provides cloud-based access to Config API and Data API.

  Note: AVEVA Integration Service Local Server provides complete API functionality (Config, Data, Local REST API) for on-premises use, while customers using AVEVA Integration Service on CONNECT can install API without Config API & Data API components, only the Local REST API installed locally to integrate with cloud-based Data API & Config API.
