This setting is applicable for only AVEVA Change Manager. It enables you to create Sub-Projects (or Work Package in the context of AVEVA WorkMate) within a Modification Project.

Notes:
- If you are using AVEVA NET Gatekeeper, it is recommended to set the value to false.
- This is a child setting for Modification Projects setting. If you wish to implement
the Sub-Projects (or Work Package in the context of AVEVA WorkMate) functionality in the Modification Projects feature of AVEVA Change Manager, set this value to true and ensure that the value for the Modification Projects setting
is also set to true. If you are using AVEVA WorkMate EAM for managing your Modification Projects, and have set the value for the Modification
Projects setting to false, the application will ignore the value you set for Work
