The SendTagAndDocumentToWHDBWhilstActive setting enables/disables sending of Tags or Documents data to the backend system or Document Management System (DMS) while the Working Set is in the Active status.

Add the setting to the <Group name="TIM.ApplicationProfile" xmlns="TIM.Application.Configuration" .../> section.

For example:

<ApplicationSettings>
...
<Group name="TIM.ApplicationProfile" xmlns="TIM.Application.Configuration">
...
<SendTagAndDocumentToWHDBWhilstActive value="true" />
...
</Group>
...
</ApplicationSettings>

false

Setting the value to false will disable sending of Tags or Document to the DMS while the Working Set is in the Active status.

Notes:

  • A permissible attribute with aspect Attributes.WorkflowStatus should exist for the Tag or Document class in Class Library.

  • At least one Tag or Document in the Working Set should have the WorkflowStatus set to a value with aspect Items.PartialUpdate.

  • This configuration setting is only applicable for AVEVA Change Manager versions 5.0.6 and above.
