Remove Web Applications and Application Pools in IIS Manager

The second step you have to complete for uninstalling the exiting version is removing the Change Manager and Gatekeeper application pool and web application in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
To remove Change Manager and Gatekeeper web application in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.

Open IIS Manager.

In the Connections pane, expand the Sites node and then click to select the Default Web Site in which Gatekeeper/ChangeManager application runs.

In the Actions pane, click View Applications.

On the Applications feature page, select one of the following applications from the list and then click Remove in the Actions pane.

Gatekeeper

ChangeManager

Click Yes to confirm that you want to remove the application.
Note: Repeat this step to remove the other application.
To remove Change Manager and Gatekeeper application pools in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.

Open IIS Manager.

In the Connection pane, expand the server node and click Application Pools.

On the Application Pools page, select one of the following application pools you want to remove.

Gatekeeper

ChangeManager

In the Actions pane, click Remove and then click Yes.
Note: Repeat this step to remove the other application pool.
