Configure SMTP E-mail

You have to configure SMTP e-mail in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
To open IIS Manager:

From the Start menu, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
To configure SMTP e-mail:

Open IIS Manager and navigate to the level you want to manage.

In Features View, double-click SMTP E-mail.

Select Deliver e-mail to SMTP server and select the Use localhost box to set the name to LocalHost.

Click Apply in the Actions pane.
