The SendDocumentToDMSWhilstActive setting enables/disables sending of DMS while it is in the Active status.

Notes:
- A permissible attribute with aspect Attributes.WorkflowStatus should exist for the Document class in Class Library.
- At least one Document in the Working Set should have the WorkflowStatus set to a value with aspect Items.PartialUpdate.
- This configuration setting is only applicable for AVEVA Change Manager versions 5.0.6 and above.
