Stop the Application Pools

You have to stop the Change Manager and Gatekeeper application pool in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
To open IIS Manager:

From the Start menu, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
To stop the application pools:

Open IIS Manager.

In the Connection pane, expand the server node and click Application Pools.

On the Application Pools page, select one of the following application pools you want to stop:

Gatekeeper
-
ChangeManager
-
-
In the Actions pane, click Stop to stop the application pool.
Note: Repeat this step to stop the other application pool.
