Enabling Upload and Partial Update of Physical Files for Non-Checked Out Documents

The NonCheckedOutActivePhysicalFileUpdate setting enables/disables the upload and partial update of physical files of non-checked out documents in an Active Working Set against the DMS only (not against AVEVA NET).
Note: This configuration setting is applicable only for AVEVA Change Manager.
