Enabling Reactive Validation

Use the ReactiveValidationEnabled value to enable/disable the validation/revalidation of the attributes within a Working Set when it is sent for validation during the brownfield bulk upload job. The revalidation may be redundant when no changes are made to the Tags and Documents.
Note: This configuration setting is only applicable for AVEVA Change Manager.
