For existing tags in AVEVA NET Gatekeeper and AVEVA Change Manager you must update tag statuses before the checking in process to indicate whether the tags are already decommissioned from an asset.

If the integration with AVEVA WorkMate EAM is enabled, and the value for Tag is set as Decommissioned, its status is changed to Removed in AVEVA NET Workhub and Dashboard and AVEVA WorkMate EAM and the Decommissioned check box is enabled on the Working Set Tag List (enabled for existing Tags only) and Tag Details (for existing Tags only) pages, respectively.

Note: Removed is an allowed tag status according to Class Libraries.

The Decommissioned check box is unavailable on the Working Set Tag List and Tag Details pages for all statuses.

Note: It is recommended that you set the value to false for AVEVA NET Gatekeeper.
