This chapter describes the following tasks you must complete before you start deploying AVEVA NET Gatekeeper and AVEVA Change Manager:

  • Install the AVEVA WDA Framework

  • Create a SQL Server Database and login

  • If required, create an EDW Pre-Processor SQL Server Database and login

  • Configure Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) E-mail

  • Install the Common Files

  • If required, install EDW Pre-Processor

  • Configure Local DTC Settings
