How CONNECT flows works with CONNECT

CONNECT hosts the CONNECT flows applications and manages certain administrative capabilities.

CONNECT manages

• Authentication (sign-in)

• Service entitlement (subscription for the service itself)

• Service availability (flows requires activation in a folder context)

• Initial role assignment and user access

Authentication (identity and sign-in)

• Flow users must register with CONNECT before using CONNECT flows

• Flow users sign in through CONNECT to access CONNECT flows

User activation workflow

This is the CONNECT-owned user lifecycle:

1. User registers with CONNECT.

2. Admin processes request, assigning user to flows with correct permission.

3. Users receive an email invitation that contains a link to join CONNECT flows.
