Active flow runtimes

Once a flow runtime has authenticated successfully and starts running, its status can be viewed on the Active Nodes page.

The Active Nodes page, displays one of the following flow runtime statuses:

• Online

• Offline

• Out-of-sync

A flow runtime is marked offline if it does not send a ping within the expected interval. The interval is based on the communication setting in the flow runtime configuration. By default, the flow runtime sends a ping to Flow manager every 10 seconds. If 100 pings are missed, the flow runtime is marked offline.

A flow runtime is out of sync if a parameter used by a deployed flow changes and the flow has not yet been synchronized.
