The easiest way to build a flow is to use an existing flow as a template, and edit to meet your objective.

To create a flow from a template in flow manager:

  1. Select the Flow templates tab in the Workspace menu.

  2. Search for or select a suitable flow template from the list.

  3. Select the ellipsis icon on the flow template entry and choose New Flow from Flow Template.

The Create a New Flow window appears.

  4. Add a name and description for the flow.

  5. Choose Access to the flow (either Private or Accessible to your organization).

  6. Apply a Category to the flow if relevant.

  7. Select Create.

The new, branched flow opens in Flow Studio. You can now adjust the flow, change settings or add/remove modules.

If you don't have a template, you can create a new flow from scratch.

To create a new, empty flow in Flow manager:

  1. Select Flow Studio.

Flow Studio opens an empty drawing canvas.

  2. Select Save.

The Create a New Flow window appears.

  3. Add a name and description for the flow.

  4. Choose Access to the flow (either Private or Accessible to your organization).

  5. Apply a Category to the flow if required.

  6. Select Create.

The name of the flow appears on the tab above the drawing canvas.
