The easiest way to build a flow is to use an existing flow as a template, and edit to meet your objective.
To create a flow from a template in flow manager:
-
Select the Flow templates tab in the Workspace menu.
-
Search for or select a suitable flow template from the list.
-
Select the ellipsis icon on the flow template entry and choose New Flow from Flow Template.
The Create a New Flow window appears.
-
Add a name and description for the flow.
-
Choose Access to the flow (either Private or Accessible to your organization).
-
Apply a Category to the flow if relevant.
-
Select Create.
The new, branched flow opens in Flow Studio. You can now adjust the flow, change settings or add/remove modules.
If you don't have a template, you can create a new flow from scratch.
To create a new, empty flow in Flow manager:
-
Select Flow Studio.
Flow Studio opens an empty drawing canvas.
-
Select Save.
The Create a New Flow window appears.
-
Add a name and description for the flow.
-
Choose Access to the flow (either Private or Accessible to your organization).
-
Apply a Category to the flow if required.
-
Select Create.
The name of the flow appears on the tab above the drawing canvas.
