User and role management in CONNECT flows are managed on the Organization Settings page, accessed through the action menu in the top-right corner of the screen.

User management is conducted in CONNECT itself. See View users to identify their access status to the application.

Roles and permissions management allows management of roles. A role is a collection of permissible actions for features in CONNECT flow. Once a user is granted to a role, that user can then perform the activities defined by the role.
