View flow runtimes with labels

Use labels to collectively view flow runtimes

Labels collect a group of flow runtimes together with a user-generated text string.

Note: Users are assigned permissions for this role.

Use Labels to filter showing selected flow runtimes

1. From the left hand menu, select Flow runtimes.

2. Select the Label from the filtering tab at top to review flow runtimes label categories.

3. Select the desired Label to show only those flow runtimes assigned to that label. Deselect to show all flow runtimes again.

Create a label

To create a lable requires the permission in the role assigned to the user.

4. From the left hand menu, select Labels.

5. Select the (+) at top right.

6. Add a descriptive name for the label and select Add.

Add a flow runtime to a label

7. From the Labels page, select the elipsis menu (3 stacked dots) for the desired label.

8. Select Manage Label. The select flow runtimes assigned (if any) appear.

9. Select the plus (+) sign and select the flow runtimes to add to the label.

10. Select Add to x Flow runtime(s), where x represents the number of flow runtimes that are selected. Flow runtimes can now be categorized by label.

11. Select Close.

Filter flow runtimes by selecting one of these labels from the flow runtime page.

Remove a flow runtime from a label or delete a label

12. From the Labels page, select the ellipsis menu (3 stacked dots) for the desired label.

13. To delete, select Delete Label. Otherwise, select Mange Label.

14. Select the trash can icon to remove the flow runtime from the label.

15. Select Close.
