Flow runtime access control using Labels

Access to runtimes is also controlled through roles, but instead of categories, labels are used to select run times. The labels that a user role can access is specified the same way as selecting categories, using the slide-in panel in the Edit Role modal. A role can give access to multiple labels.

Labels cannot be updated once created.

Note: Only users assigned to the SuperUser role can assign labels to flow runtimes.
