Remove a user account

If you have Administrator permissions, you can remove user accounts that are no longer needed.
Note: When you remove a user account from your organization, that user can no longer access products.
To remove a user account

From the CONNECT portal, select

Select User Management.

Select the user account from the list.

Select Delete when prompted to delete the user.
