Change VM configuration

You can modify the machine type for a node if you need more memory or CPU capacity.
To change VM configuration

On the Project Templates page, expand a project template.

Select Actions (
) for the instance to configure and then select Nodes.

On the Nodes page, select (
) for the node to be resized.

If the VM is currently running, then select Stop to shut it down.

When the VM is stopped, select Edit from the pop-up menu

In the Edit node dialog, select a different Machine type.
Note: If you select a Machine type with a lower performance profile, the system warns you that your application operation may change.

Select Save.

If required, restart the node.
