You can transfer an instance to a new owner.
To change an instance's owner

Go to the Project Templates page.

To the right of the project template name, select
.
A list of current instances for this project template appears.

To the right of the instance name, select
, and then select Edit.
The Edit Instance dialog appears.

Select Change Owner.

Select the name of the new owner and then select OK.
