Troubleshoot Instances

If something goes wrong with an instance, you may see an error suggesting that you contact AVEVA Support. In this case, the message provides information to help resolve your problem. Select Copy error details and then paste the information into the email so that we can better serve you. The information includes:

  • Node name

  • Error code

  • Error message

  • User email

  • Instance number

  • Instance ID

  • Tenant name

  • Account name

  • Support path
