Before you install AVEVA™ Operational Safety Management, review the necessary software and hardware requirements of each component.

• The OSM Web Application Server is installed on an IIS Server.

• The OSM Database is an Oracle database installed on a Database server.

• OSM Administration is a configuration and administration software that connects to the OSM database.

• OSM Web Clients are browser-based connections to the OSM Application Server.
