Configuration of Web Settings

1. Enter the configuration settings for Web settings.

  • Folder to install the application on the server

The directory to physically install the OSM application.

OSM does not create this directory. This location should pre-exist before the OSM installation starts. You will need to add IUSR account to the folder with full control.

  • Host name including fully qualified domain name

The hostname for the OSM web site.

  • Web site where the application will be installed

The web site in IIS under which OSM will be installed. The default is Default Web Site.

  • Name of the application in the website

The name of the application in the IIS web site.

  • Application pool name to be used by the application

The application pool name to run the OSM web site.

We recommend that you do not create an entry in the app pool manually. You should let the OSM Installer create the entry in app pool with the correct settings that will be needed by OSM web application.

2. Select the checkbox I agree to enable HTTPS on this server for OSM operations.

3. Click Continue.
