Change Port Number of Central Configuration and Enterprise Console

Before you perform the settings mentioned in this section, ensure that the port number for the Central Configuration and the Enterprise Console are manually changed from the IIS manager.

To change the port number for Central Configuration

  1. On the Windows Start menu, point to Programs, point to AVEVA, and then click Farm Configuration Wizard.

    The Welcome to the AVEVA Work Tasks Configuration Wizard appears.

  2. Click Next.

    The Edit AVEVA Work Tasks Farm Settings screen is displayed.

  3. Select Service Settings.

  4. Click Next.

    The Service/Global Settings page appears.

  5. Click against Central Configuration.

    The Central Configuration Settings page appears.

    • http/https: This option enables you to determine if you want a secured (https) or a non-secured site (http).

    • Create at: This field allows you to provide the Internet Information Service (IIS) path where the new site is created.

    • Port Number: This field is used to provide a port number for the Central Configuration.

  6. Enter the new port number.

    The Change Port number button is enabled.

  7. Click Change Port Number.

  8. Click OK.

To change port number for Enterprise Console

  1. On the Windows Start menu, point to Programs, point to AVEVA, and then click Farm Configuration Wizard.

    The Welcome to the AVEVA Work Tasks Configuration Wizard appears.

  2. Click Next.

    The Edit AVEVA Work Tasks Farm Settings screen is displayed.

  3. Select Service Settings.

  4. Click Next.

    The Service/Global Settings page is displayed.

  5. Click against Enterprise Console.

    The Enterprise Console Settings screen appears.

  6. Select the required Enterprise Console entry in the Existing Enterprise Consoles table.

  7. Enter a port number.

    The Change Port button is enabled.

  8. Click Change Port.

  9. Click Save.
