To synchronize Active or Inactive User Properties with Data Source Providers

In the Manage Users page, click Synchronize user properties with DataSource providers. The Synchronize Users List page appears.

In the User status drop down list, select the user status as Active User or Inactive User.

Click Go to list the active users.

Select the user(s) name from Synchronize Users List, and then click Synchronize Properties.
Example for Synchronizing Active User Properties

Log on to Enterprise Console.

Click Manage Users.

Click Synchronize user properties with Data Source Providers.

In the Repository name drop down list, select the repository name as 'SkeltaListRepository'.

In the User status drop down list, select the user status as Active User.

Click Go to list the active users.
To change the user properties of a user, for example, John:

In the Enterprise Console, click
menu icon, point to Settings, and then click Users. The Users page appears.

Click Settings > Users from Enterprise Console pull down menu. The following screen is displayed.

Select the user, and then click Edit. The Edit User page appears.

Change email ID and password. For example, change 'john@WMDemo.com' to 'john@domain.com'.

Click Save. A dialog box confirming the updates appears.

Click OK.

Go to Synchronize Users List window and select the user. For example, select john.

Click Synchronize Properties to reflect the changes.
