Design a form to add controls and containers to the form.
Design a form

In the Enterprise Console, select the Menu button, and then select Forms. The Forms page appears.

Right-select on a form, and then select Design Form (or select on a form, and then on the action bar, select Design). The Forms Designer page appears.

Design the form, and then select the Close button. The form is saved and the Forms Designer page is closed.
